Waiting Time & Cancellation Policy

We know there are always unexpected situations when you are on the go! That's why we have implemented the following policies:

Airport Pick-ups

Your driver will wait for you for up to 30 mins with no additional cost. After that we'll have to charge $15.00 for every 30 mins of waiting time.

Residential Pick-ups

Your driver will wait for you for up to 10 mins with no additional cost. After that we'll have to charge $15.00 for every 30 mins of waiting time.

Cancellations

Customers can cancel their reservations at any time by calling our customer service line or by canceling directly on our website (we prefer online). We ask our customers to cancel their reservations at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee a refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel and the window time has already expired, we can leave your reservation open as a credit for you to use it anywhere in the U.S. The $10.00 service fee is non-refundable. We have gone to great lengths to make the cancellation process as easy as possible. Please cancel your reservation ahead of time via our web portal.

No shows

Your driver is dispatched (depending on distance) 1 - 2 hrs before your scheduled pick-up time. If for any reason you are not able to make your scheduled reservation (your flight got cancelled, you missed a connection flight), please let us know as soon as you are aware of this, so we can reschedule your trip. For Airport Pick-ups, failure or refusal to go to the designated pick-up area will be considered a NO SHOW. If the trip is not completed as scheduled it's considered a NO SHOW. A NO SHOW reservation will be FULLY CHARGED and it's NON REFUNDABLE.
